Customer Service Representative - (Ithaca, NY)
Directly responsibility and primary liaison/contact with customer. Understand the expectations of each Customer, the qualifications and specifications of each product. Clearly communicate and share key Customer info with appropriate associates in the production areas in a timely fashion. A thorough understanding of the print processes from digital pre-press to finishing. Ambitious and detail orientated. The expertise to communicate effectively with internal and external customers; to include in-plant managers, and Sales Team. Strong organizational, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills. Expertise to use independent judgment and work well within a team environment. Communicates to all departments in the plant and is the liaison between the customer and manufacturing. Works with all departments to achieve or exceed the customer expectations and conveys those expectations to each department. Good verbal and writing skills. Wages commensurate with background.
