Molding QC Technician - Corrective Analysis Technician - (Lincoln, NE)

Position description The QC Technician will work with various Molding Department employees as well as external customers and other Molex entities. At various times the Quality Technician will work with cross functional teams in Lincoln and other Molex entities. This position will be responsible for leading and supporting quality improvement initiatives within the Molding Department. Primary duties include: Leadership role on 8D/corrective action items Facilitate the effective closure of customer complaints with the use of 8Ds in a timely manner Verify and validate effectiveness of corrective actions Understanding of the operation of the SAP program for product handling Understanding of the molding process and functional aspects of the products produced Working expertise of the Quality Management Systems Current expertise of the SPC or other statistical methods Proactive in the development of customer quality assurance in the unit Support the quality and safety culture Position Requirements Qualified
