Production Supervisor - (Middlebury, VT)

Production Supervisor Middlebury, VT We have an immediate full time night shift position in our Middlebury, VT plant with responsibilities to include supervising employees in manufacturing the plants' dairy products. The Production Supervisor will insure that production operations and labor is scheduled in an efficient manner, and that an adequately trained workforce is consistently maintained. Preferred applicants will have a college diploma and 3 (3) years of supervisory background in a food manufacturing environment. A combination of education and related work background will also be considered. This position necessitates proven leadership capability, as well as "hands on" proven skill and engagement at the floor level, all while setting positive examples for others to follow.
