Production Manager Hot Roll - Production Manager to work in the Hot Rolling Mill of a metals/steel mill. The successful applicant needs to have at least 10+ years of background. This position will eventually progress in to Department Manager position.Incumbent will be retiring in 6yrs. Background: Must have background in Rolling Mill (required). Hot Rolling background is preferred but will consider a applicant with Cold Rolling Mill, Annealing, Pickling, Tandem Mill, Temper Mill The position is Over Salaried and Hourly Employees, Safety, Quality, Budget, Productivity, Capital Projects, Business Planning, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, Training, Materials, Purchasing, Reliability, Troubleshooting, Statistical Analysis, etc. Must have several years background in primary metals rolling mill operations, with at least 3 yrs as a Manager. Must have outstanding communication and people skills.
