Documentation Specialist - (Lacey, WA)

DuPont, WA Alliance Enterprises, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic documentation specialist for our Aware Solutions Engineering Team. You will collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams of Business Systems Analysts, Software Developers and Software Testers to produce customer-facing release documentation and technical guides. You'll find opportunities to learn new skills and technologies, and contribute to department goals and objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining and proofreading documents, diagrams and spreadsheets; authoring Help content based on technical specifications; and producing large volumes of release documentation with 100% accuracy using a semi-automated process. Critical skills and Ability 2yrs of background writing technical documentation for a software product Associate's degree or equivalent years of background Advanced (2yrs in a business environment) Word skills, including working in complex multi-page and multi-section documents.
