Food & Beverage Inventory Clerk - (Eagle Pass, TX)

Reports to Executive Chef Scope of Position The Inventory Clerk is responsible for all aspects of inventory. Works with department managers and supervisors to review inventory and provide supplies as needed. Responsibilities Performs all functions in accordance with applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures. Ensures the highest possible standards of guest service are provided and listens and responds to guest and employee concerns and questions. Receives and dates incoming orders. Provides attention to orders and documents through control log, quality of product received.
