A Technical Help Desk Support - Store Solution Center job in Winder, Georgia is available courtesy of Modis Engineering & Info Technology. You will be responsible for IT Help Desk supporting retail locations across the US handling requests via telephone and self-service work orders. This position provides support and MAPS to stores via inbound and outbound calls regarding software, hardware, phones, procedural questions, and network connectivity for all stores. The salary for this position is between $13.50 and $16.00 per hour. Local applicants only. Technical Customer Support - Store Solution Center position responsibilities will include: Accepts support calls from stores, providing 1st level support and basic troubleshooting for hardware and software, printers and related peripherals. Manages work order resolution through 1st call resolution per KPI standard. As needed escalates issues based on priority and escalation procedures.
