Manager, Marketing National & Local Programs - (Westchester, IL)

Job details Position Overview Manages the marketing activities and promotional programs for Follett. Develops and implements a national marketing plan to serve business objectives and then applies that plan to ~1,200 store local variations and qualifications. Ensures goals, timelines and budgets are met. Cultivates extensive knowledge of Follett, its products and services, its campus partners including academic and athletic, and its internal process and systems to generate traffic to store locations and web sites. Creates, implements, and oversees customer communications that effectively describe and promote Follett and its products and services as well as instructional communications to field management. Is authority on and determines most effective marketing channels including in-store, local campus, social, email using budget considerations, reach, and return on investment. Presents ideas, plans and results to senior Follett leadership and campus administration.
