1. Overall purpose of this position: * Under the supervision of the Call Center Supervisor, delivers total quality customer care. Utilizes product knowledge to explain features and benefits of merchandise, takes customer orders, quotes prices, delivery dates, and suggests selections that meet customer needs. As well, checks stock, processes corresponding paperwork, and enters data into computer. 2. Major activities, which must be performed in order to carry out the purpose of the position as described above: * Handle in-bound customer calls in an expedient, courteous, and friendly manner. * Explain features and benefits of alphabroder merchandise offerings in an effort to provide customer with the correct details needed to make a buying decision. * Enter customer orders and conduct inquiries via FDM4 application and web. * Quote prices, freight and delivery dates. * Place outgoing calls as needed to follow-up with customers in a timely fashion.
