Thisposition will be responsible for building lasting rewarding relationships with ourcustomers. The Account Managers will manage assigned clients and will be heldaccountable to maintain and grow our customers' business. The Account Manager will be responsible forthe overall management of the each client assigned, insuring the clientreceives max value (ROI) on their investment with the DMS products. The Account Manager will proactively researchthe clients' products and insure they are constantly improving month overmonth, delivering a superior customer background and product performance. The AccountManager will maintain a professional image of our company, products andservices with their clients and work together with them to ensure a superiorlevel of customer care and accuracy. Thisposition will also be responsible for continuous customer outreach and supportensuring a high-level of customer retention.
