Alongside our 2 vivariums, our fully equipped surgical and procedure spaces offer the latest in animal models, surgical equipment, monitoring and imaging. Located 20 mis outside Boston, all facilities are located on a single campus. We are growing our surgical research group and this position will be an integral part of the team performing small and large animal surgeries. Essential Duties Perform perioperative activities including: Preoperative: collection of vital signs, induction of anesthesia (drugs, intubation etc.), catheter placement, blood collection for diagnostic testing and preparation of surgical sites Intraoperative: monitor animals under anesthesia
