Diversity Outreach Specialist, College of Health Professions & Biomedical - (Missoula, MT)

The University of Montana College of Health Professions & Biomedical Sciences invites applications for a Diversity Outreach Specialist, who works to meet the aims of the CHPBS Endowment grant, which has a primary focus on health disparities research in minority populations and the recruitment of minority students to pursue the health professions. Broadly, this position will serve 2 primary functions: 1st, to help facilitate and foster research projects that investigate health disparities in Montana tribal communities, and 2nd, to monitor, evaluate and coordinate programs designed to recruit and retain members of under-represented populations into the health professions programs within the CHPBS, specifically pharmacy, physical therapy, social work, and public health.
