Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities Observes and reports activities and incidents in clients sites to create secure environment. Preserves order and acts to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, premises and details. Monitors entrances and exits; acts to prevent unapproved or unlawful entry; controls entrances, the movement of people and vehicles, and parking. Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations and/or suspicious activity. Assisting residents and tenants with packages, dry cleaning, taxis and other basic concierge services Monitoring security cameras Completion of daily electronic reportsJob Qualifications Excellent customer service and hospitality experience High-school certificate or GED equivalent Reliable transportation Basic email and Microsoft office suite technical skills Cell phone and email address Availability to work weekendsMust pass Experience check
