Sr Relationship Banker - (Gig Harbor, WA)

Overview The Sr. Relationship Banker reports to the Relationship Banking Manager and is assigned to a banking office. In this role, the Sr. Relationship Banker is responsible for developing new and existing relationships; providing exceptional service, business development activities, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Assist the Relationship Banking Manager in managing the day to day activities of the banking office to ensure exceptional client background, operational efficiency, compliance and adherence to policies and procedures, and risk mitigation. Responsible for attaining banking office goals via business development activities Develop new business, manage existing relationships, and retain meaningful relationships. Ensure the completion of required documentation, checklists, processes, and workflows to comply with bank policies and procedures.
