MISSION: Manage customer portfolio with focus on company profitability. Collect invoices in a timely fashion and manage customer claims in order to maximize DSO results. FUNCTIONS: AR Management -Monitor DSO for entire Portfolio Collection of invoices in a timely manner: collaboration with Sales and Customers Research all customer deductions and obtain supportive and / or additional documentation Run weekly queries to organize and prioritize the work week.
