PCA - Personal Care Assistant Washington Center is seeking Personal Care Assistants for our Argyle Center Adult Home . Schedules would be PT four days 2p-10p including every other weekend OR PT seven days 10p-6a. DUTIES: Med pass (on the job training provided) assist with laundry transport residents to MD appointments assist with MD rounds Assist with planning and initiating activities to our 33 residents which include in and out of the facility QUALIFICATIONS: High-school degree Clean Driver's License Expertise to follow the Plan of Care Must be able to work as a team player Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 122-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Argyle, New York.
