Staff Design Engineer - (Dubuque, IA)

RFA Engineering ( www.rfamec.com ) is seeking several growth oriented entry level to experienced applicants to be part of our engineering team in the Dubuque, Iowa area. You will work with our experienced staff to design highly engineered projects for a variety of industries using state of the art tools. Staff Design Engineer The job qualifications for these positions are associated with a broad spectrum of custom components and systems design applications for current and new products, which include: Concept and develop mechanical components and systems that may include multiple plastic processes, castings or forgings, stampings or laser cut parts, and welding or bonding of components. Communication with suppliers and customers on product selection and integration. Use 3-D Modeling software to create and assemble components, sheet metal, and possibly hydraulic or electrical routings. Creation and support of 2-D drawings and specification documentation.
