Graphic Designer The Marketing and Communications Department at Messiah College currently has an opening for a Graphic Designer. The graphic designer is responsible for: Graphic layout and design support, assistance with maintaining institutional visual identity standards, routine client consultations, and professional design advice to clients for their College communications intended for external audiences; design for The Bridge magazine and for other higher profile College communications; visual design support for the College web siteand other digital communications; photo direction; coordination and planning of photo shoots. Education and background required: Bachelor's degree in a discipline such as graphic or visual communications; graphic, visual, multimedia, communication design; 2-four years of print graphic design and pre-press background in a Mac environment and at least two years of Web visual design education or background; marketing and photography background a plus.
