Assistant - (Paris, IL)

University Photo is currently searching for outgoing and attentive people to assist during professional school or Greek organization photography events. These assistants will be helping our photographers onsite in order to take composite pictures of all the members in order to record the chapters membership or graduating class. The main assignments include but are not limited to: - Assisting the photographers by guiding the participants during photo ops - Expertise to physically withstand the position, this includes assisting with equipment setup (lifting 30+ lbs) - Distributing, Collecting and assisting members with completing their contact / sequencing cards - Organizing, setting-up and breaking down event equipment Qualifications: - Assistants should be very comfortable working with and speaking with large groups of people in a crowd setting - Assistants must be able to stand for the duration of the event in outdoor or indoor conditions
