Job title: Maintenance Technician Industry: Warehouse Facility Location: Huntersville, North Carolina Work Hours: 7:00AM-3:30PM or 8:00AM-4:30PM, Occasional Weekends Job summary: -Observe Good Manufacturing Practices throughout the department -Maintain air and water condition to quality standards -Ensure that all new plant equipment and utensils are designed adequately with the proper material -Maintain and improve the performance and condition of equipment and facilities -Manage and complete all preventive maintenance work orders in program -Perform trouble shooting skills on down equipment and maximize run time -Direct the maintenance department in the repair of all equipment -Operate forklifts and other powered lift equipment -Assist with other general maintenance duties as assigned such as drywall repair or lock changes -Perform discipline when necessary Requirements Summary:
