Directional Media Consultant - (Rochester, NY)

We are looking for a Client Services Representative who can provide superior customer service by processing directional advertising orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with client programs and publisher guidelines. The role will have a focus on the processing of directional media solutions, including print advertising solutions, such as Yellow Pages and Internet Yellow Pages. Those in this role will gain and apply knowledge of client program objectives, products, incentive programs and systems efficiently. Work in our open and collaborative environment with great people, snacks, drinks, and celebrations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver excellent client service by being both proactive and responsive while providing guidance to the client about their advertising opportunities and demonstrating knowledge of their programs Prepare error free directional advertising orders and transmit to publishers in compliance with the clients' program and workflow processes
