Change Agent / Sr Business Consultant (Continuous Improvement, Lean) - (Harrisburg, PA)

POSITION DETAILS ABX Senior Business Consultant is responsible for the deployment and implementation of the Lean 6 Sigma operating system across the organization. Responsible for assisting with the development, facilitation and execution of complex initiatives. Work with managers to analyze, develop and implement solutions and provide coaching. Support, facilitate and/or sustain deployment of standard work and foundational Lean elements, Continuous Improvement initiatives, root cause issue solving, skill building within client area to meet min standards and communications with leadership to influence and drive change. May act as sustainability agent dedicated to driving sustainability of Continuous Improvements. Assist in development and execution of strategies to build and increase leadership support for change. Manage resistance to change with confidence and deliver compelling stories to illustrate the need for change. Execute change management tactics. Establish and implement diagnostic tools.
