Delaware Paint Company is a rapidly growing distributor and manufacturer of specialty paint applicators in Plain City, Ohio (outside Columbus, Ohio). We are seeking a new position for a Manufacturing Supervisor, which possesses the following requirements and abilities: Requirements: Education or relevant background in managing manufacturing operations Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) Excellent organization skills Extensive understanding of Microsoft© products, Ms excel and Ms word Expertise to multi-task Skills and Abilities: Ensuring high-quality output by coordinate all workflow and manufacturing activity Manage workflow schedule including assigning resources Maintain inventory through systems and subordinates Report directly to Vice President of Manufacturing
