SUMMARY OF POSITION: Provides community support services to persons diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness. Provides integrated dual recovery services to consumers with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. These services are provided in a community-based program, assisting the person served in achieving individualized life goals within their community living environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide community based services to assigned caseload, utilizing independent judgment and decision-making regarding appropriate treatment needed.
