Busser/Runner POSITION DESCRIPTION General Description of Duties The Busser/Runner position is responsible for clearing and resetting tables, taking dishes to the kitchen, stocking bus stations, cleaning glassware and pre-bussing tables. The Busser/Runner will provide some general cleaning and maintenance of the floors and bathrooms. The Busser/Runner will also assist the Dishwasher in maintaining the Dish area and with trash runs.
