Dairy Plant Human Resources Specialist - (Boardman, OR)

You will provide Human Resources support to the Plants and office employees. Complete tasks such as Payroll, employment, benefits, employee relations, training, compliance and other employee services. You will manage the recruitment process Make recommendations for increased efficiency in recruitment Manage staffing vendors and services Ensure competitiveness of staffing rates Review staffing vendors’ service and rates and go to market for new bids on an annual basis Source applicants for job openings using job board and recruitment tools Develop a plan to attend key job fairs to maintain applicant pools and to recruit for key positions Attend job fairs and attend job fairs Partners and conducts employee investigations and then make recommendations to HR and Department management team Writes and/or reviews disciplinary actions Serves as an advocate for employee actions given by supervisors Maintain employee investigation files
