Overview: Project Coordinators for Iverson, a division within TransPerfect, are responsible for the production life cycle of basic projects and for assisting Project Managers by performing specific project tasks assigned to them. Position duties: Managing small projects including: Liaising with sales staff to clarify project parameters and to communicate issues proactively Producing deliverables that meet the client's quality expectations and timeline Meeting project markup goals which includes negotiating with vendors Inspecting work provided by vendors or Quality Reviewers Troubleshooting production issues Setting up projects including: Entering data in a project database Entering data and uploading files to a project workflow system
