POSITION OVERVIEW: The Weld Production Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the Stamping Production operations at PPI, ultimately ensuring the timeliness and efficiency of production with respect to customer specifications. The Weld Production Managers direct reports include weld area managers, supporting a three shift operating pattern. The production manager is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are attained.
