Company Introduction The supervisor has responsibility for all aspects of running the shift including but not limited to maintaining production standards to insure that the parts required are produced. Assure that Drive's and Customers quality standards are being met. Scheduling of employees on the line insuring that equipment is properly manned. Responsible for insuring that there is strong communication on their shift and between shifts. Responsible for maintaining high housekeeping standards; Enforcement of plant safety rules and regulations. Insuring that all employees are properly instructed in the work procedures for the lines they are assigned to. Interacts with Quality Assurance
