Environmental Litigator - (St Paul, MN)
The Office of the Minnesota Attorney General is accepting resumes from experienced attorneys interested protecting the State's environment and natural resources. Assistant Attorneys General enforce environmental, natural resources, and agricultural laws in state and federal district, appellate and administrative proceedings. This position directly improves the quality of life of Minnesotans by fostering good standards of our State's environmental and natural resources. Requirements. The selection process for this position is extremely competitive. Candidates should have superior academic credentials, excellent written correspondence expertise, outstanding research and analytical skills, good judgment and character, and a strong work ethic. While relevant litigation background is a plus, it is not a prerequisite. Instead, the successful applicant will demonstrate the expertise to distill complex subject matters and convey them in plain language that is both approachable and understandable.
