Position overview Supplemental Health Care is now hiring for a Travel Physical Therapist to assist a Home Health Agency in Pulaski, TN This is a thirteen week assignment with a possibility of an extension. The Travel Physical Therapist will treat geriatric patients in their homes. Start Date: Dec 27th Setting: Home Health Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hours Requirements: Previous home health background is preferred.
