Maintain company records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Submit required reports on a weekly and monthly basis in accordance with the scheduled reporting period. Attracts tenants through various marketing strategies. Calculates and determines resident rent amounts. Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and house rules.
