Property Manager - (Barstow, CA)

Position overview We have a great opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team at our property in Barstow. Ideal candidate should have 3 to 5yrs of background in property management. The community manager will be responsible for all aspects of community operations under the direction of the regional supervisor. Applicant should have background managing 125 units and up. Applicant should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and have excellent leadership skills. Knowledge of Yardi preferred. No resumes will be considered without property management experience. Position responsibilities: - Makes recommendations to enhance the bottom line performance of the community. - Supervise, support, train and motivate staff members. - Manage service contracts for various vendors and monitor quality of work performed. - Ensures adherence to all policies regarding financial responsibilities. - Ensures accuracy and timeliness of bank deposits, and computer data. - Generates weekly reports.
