Sr Sales Engineer - Chicago/Indianapolis - (San Jose, CA)

This Senior Sales Engineer will be focused on providing world class pre-sales customer engagement, influencing our present and future customers and offering world class technical sales support for Calix's growing list of large telecommunications operators across the globe. This position is responsible for pre-sales technical engagement with the customer, VAR's, product and technical presentations, including network design. This will require strong capabilities to interact and influence senior technical staff and management within Calix's telecommunications operator customers. This role also involves demonstration of Calix's product capabilities, and assistance with lab and field trials. Applicant should have a strong technical background and knowledge of telecommunications Voice, Data, and Video networking.
