Human Resources Generalist - (Cheraw, SC)

Schaeffler, a global automotive and industrial supplier, is seeking an HR Generalist and will be located at for our Cheraw, SC location. The Human Resources Generalist will provide overall HR support to the Cheraw campus including assisting managers and supervisors with employee relations and recruiting, talent and performance management, assist in core functions of the human resources department including analyzing compensation, reviewing policies and procedures and making recommendations in these areas. Key assignments include but not limited to: Plans and implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions and others.
