Contract HR Operations Specialist - (Atlanta, GA)

The People Operations Team, within the Pandora HR Shared Services organization, serves as the key resource for HR-related activities. As a Contract HR Operations Specialist you will serve as a key subject matter expert for HR-related policy and employee lifecycle processes. In this role you will support the organization by providing HR business process support, troubleshooting system issues and answering and directing HR policy/process related questions. You will work across departments, interacting with our other partners in HR, Finance/Payroll and Enterprise Systems to ensure employee questions and issues are addressed. In order to be successful in this role, you will be highly organized and have the expertise to prioritize multiple tasks, while managing your time efficiently. This role will be a key contributor to creating and improving processes that support efficiency and scalability. Responsibilities:
