Position overview The Quality Engineer position will lead, coach, monitor and drive actions in the assembly operations to assure our teams, products and process are performing at their best. Measuring success and driving continuous improvement through hands-on involvement sets the stage for this position, in our ever growing and expanding company. ResponsibilitiesVerify vehicle product compliance to prescribe Quality standards and qualifications. In addition to governmental and regulatory procedures qualifications. Supervise, train and audit teammates to execute standardized work to audit vehicles. Summarize and communicate findings to respective teams, organizations and suppliers, and assign owners to all issues. Track & monitor performance. Measure performance of all contributors to issues and engage with assignees to assure appropriate actions will deliver expected results.
