UX Technical Writer - (Winston-Salem, NC)

job description: The UX writer responsibilities include taking inventory of the vendor platform help content and user guide materials. This will include working with SMEs to understand what we can use, adopt, not use, etc.., and what needs to be developed to match business requirements. There will be multiple documents with variations for regions and countries. The writer will need to be organized as they will develop working schedules for stakeholders to work from. They will also manage the movement of documents back and forth between partners for translations, ADA tagging, and publication to various locations.
