Main Branch Service Manager - (East Liverpool, OH)

As a Main Branch Service Manager you have the responsible for the oversight of service and operations of the Main Branch, plus 3-7 Smart, Traditional and In Store branches within a defined market area mentoring/leading a team to provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues. You will achieve success by motivating, coaching and developing other colleagues while employing a disciplined performance management process. As a Branch Service Manager, your main responsibilities are: Welcomes and establishes relationships with customers. Expertise to perform at a high-level, all expectations of a teller while providing exemplary customer service. Maintains knowledge and educates teams on all products, services, technology and policies. Garners resources required to support teams, and ensures resources are allocated appropriately across the market area. Motivates, coaches and develops colleagues while employing a disciplined performance management process.
