Payroll Analyst - (Matthews, NC)

Payroll Analyst Job qualifications: Responds in an accurate, thorough and customer friendly manner both verbally, and in writing, to associate inquiries primarily regarding all payroll and garnishments. Responds to other inquiries when required. Acts as a liaison between associate and garnishment vendors. Responsible that all types of garnishment correspondence are answered on a timely basis and documented appropriately. Provides appropriate follow up as indicated in garnishment order to ensure successful processing of orders and customer satisfaction. Analyze and process period end wage cross fees from regions. Keep detailed journal entries showing documentation of all wage cross fees. Coordinates with Payroll
