Senior Manufacturing Engineer - (Maplewood, MN)

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Perform various engineering duties in support of manufacturing departments/processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Other duties may be assigned: Develop and maintain effective and economical manufacturing processes. Responsible for work instructions, job instructions, Device History Record (DHR), regulatory compliance, processing engineering changes, troubleshooting problems, and supports changes in Servicing and Late-Point configuration methods and rates. Responsible for product quality, which includes resolving quality problems, certifying processes, and implementing process control. Manage the implementation of product changes including Document Change control through servicing due to engineering changes and new product instructions. Drive Continuous Improvement efforts for production including workstation arrangements, material handling techniques, and changes to manufacturing methodology. Improve safety of workstations to prevent injury.
