Position title: Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant | HR Talent Management | Sioux Falls City: Sioux Falls State: South Dakota Department : HR TALENT MANAGEMENT Job Schedule: Full-time Shift: Days Hours Per Shift: eight hr POSITION SUMMARY Support the Organizational Effectiveness leaders in developing organizational effectiveness programs, activities and plans. Support Human Resources Strategic Partners (HRSP) and other stakeholders to conduct organizational assessment and diagnosis, improve organizational effectiveness due to changing business strategy or environment, and/or provide guidance on projects. Support the design of organizational effectiveness tools, methodologies, and policies. Develop and lead organizational effectiveness projects and work streams (e.g. a nursing engagement plan) utilizing Center of Excellence (COE) methodologies, processes, and tools adapting to market or function needs and environments.
