Subsidiary: McLaren Macomb - POSITION OVERVIEW Under the direction of the Manager, Laboratory, and according to established protocol, supervises the operation of the assigned laboratory area. Plans, develops and implements what is necessary to run the department, with the assigned staffing and to maximize quality, efficiency and productivity. Utilizes technical capital justification including method investigation, analysis, evaluation, and correlations. Meets departmental QC, QA, and regulatory agency expectations with procedure training.
