Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high-quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage kitchen personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations ?
