Job summary KNOWLEDGE OF LAWS AND BACKGROUND WITH FRANCHISES preferred. Former or current business owners in the janitorial/building maintenance industry would be perfect. MUST BE STRONG IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, FINANCIAL ANALYSIS, AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/MAINTENANCE Branch/territory oversight - Greater Puget Sound Area and North to Canadian border Responsible for all business in the territory Expertise to understand and analyze financial statements and develop and execute action plan to impact performance Must be knowledgeable of the cleaning business Must be experienced in HR - finding, developing, retaining the right people and terminating the under performers Must be experienced in providing outstanding written and verbal communications Must have customer service background and delivering quick response times Manage service delivery through franchise owners in property managed facilities, medical, retail, industrial, education, manufacturing
