Service Technician - (Atmore, AL)

Position details Hendrix Tractor Company, Inc. is in search of qualified service technicians. We are a Case IH and New Holland dealership located in southwest Alabama. This is a full time position that reports to the Service Manager. Technicians perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment. A self-starter with the goal of success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Responsibilities: Ø Diagnose problems and perform repairs and maintenance to various types of agricultural equipment. Ø Operate and inspect equipment to diagnose problems. Ø Create work orders on repairs and service providing legible and accurate details for work performed. Ø Participate in Web Academy and other service training programs required for development. Ø Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment in terrific condition. Ø Keep a clean work area and perform job in a neat and orderly fashion.
