Job summary ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES - HOUSEKEEPERS Carlisle Center for Wellness & Rehab is A 101-bed skilled nursing facility currently seeking eager and energetic individuals to work within the housekeeping department. The Housekeepers perform the task of cleaning the facility daily. They will be responsible for working in and around patient care areas, in the common areas of the facility, and with floor care services to include: Vacuum rooms, common areas, halls and office with carpeting. Sweeps and mops tile and linoleum floors. Strips and waxes floors according to schedule. Buffs floors. Cleans dining room floors after meals and special events. Cleans common area floors, including break room. Sweeps front porch daily and empties trash cans and ashtrays. Vacuums entrance floor mats. Empties trash barrels in dining room daily. Changes nursing bucket each morning and as needed throughout shift. Assists maintenance supervisor as requested.
