Travel Rehab Speech-Language Pathology - CCC - (Show Low, AZ)

Position description A Rehab company located in beautiful Northern AZ is partnering with Supplemental Health Care to hire two travel Speech Language Pathologists for two of their assisted living facilities. The facilities are located in Lakeside and Show Low, AZ. This opportunity could be handled by one "floating" Speech Language Pathologist based on the applicant's interest. Applicants must have at least one year of background working in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting. The travel Speech Language Pathologist functions under physicians' orders to perform assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. This assignment will be a thirteen week contract with full-time hours available.
