General Litigation Associate Attorney - (La Puente, CA)

job ID:152638 Industry office of our client seeks general litigation associate attorney with 2-3yrs of deposition and trial preparation background. The applicant will be speaking with clients, conducting legal research, and working with the other members of the litigation team. Will handle a wide variety of civil litigation matters in State and Federal Court. Regularly handle court appearances and assigned depositions. Conduct research and analysis of legal matters and draft memoranda of law. Draft and respond to discovery. Prepare discovery motions and other briefs in State and Federal Court; and perform other related duties as assigned. Should be familiar with all aspects of litigation including discovery and law and motion. Trial background is a plus. California Bar Admission is essential. Multi-lingual in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
