The Nutrition Services Associate provides safe food by following proper Hazard Analyst and Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures, Food and Nutrition Services (FNS)I Care Model and as per Idaho Food Code.Provide early/late meal service (including processing of late tray diet orders) and nourishment service with delivery to patient rooms. Provide floor supplies service. Prepare and delivery doctor trays. Assist with patient meal tray assembly on tray line with appropriate timing for service. Assist with menu collection and menu assistance.
